What is your current role at AMA Victoria?
Workplace Relations Adviser.
What type of work do you do on behalf of members?
My main area of work is to provide workplace relations advice on matters such as Award entitlements and HR issues to doctors (GPs and specialists) in private practice who employ staff.
What is the best part about your work?
Knowing that our members have access to and can benefit from an experienced team that can help with workplace relations issues.
What is the hardest part about your work?
Competing priorities and not having enough time to do everything we want to do.
What do you enjoy doing away from AMA Victoria?
Travelling overseas and getting caught up in all the wonderful places, cultures, food and experiences the world has to offer.
