Regularly making time to stop and reflect is crucial in ensuring you are heading in the most beneficial direction.

To start this process consider the following questions:

  • What is my career vision for the next three years? (skills, reputation, balance)
     
  • Where am I now? Identify focus areas in comparison to the career vision.
     
  • What are the gaps and what identifiable actions can I take to address each gap?
