Wednesday 19/03/25 – Commences at 6pm

In 2025 the intern match will be an optimised ballot, however it will still be a requirement for you to create and submit a resume as part of your intern application. 

This session responds to this requirement and aims to support you to create an ‘intern match’ specific resume (CV) using the preferred resume template.

During the session we will work through each sub-section of the resume template:

• Clarifying what content, you need to create for each sub-section
• Exploring the different content format options available and how you chose the right one for you
• Discussing what happens if you don’t have any content for a sub-section or too much 
• Providing writing and editing tips and insights
• Answering the questions that we know you will have

Beyond internship a resume will be an essential requirement for every job application so it is our opinion that time spent now working on your resume will be a good investment.  Resume writing is a skill worth developing so you are ready not just for this year, but for the years ahead when you will be engaging in competitive recruitment processes to obtain the roles you seek.

Registering for this event is essential.  To register you will need to join AMA Victoria as a student member which is free. Becoming a member and registering for the event  will enable us to share event information, the recording, resources and answers to any questions we can’t answer in the session.
